What we collect

We collect the information needed to provide your care and administer your account, such as your contact details, health history, assessment and treatment notes, and insurance information.

How we use it

We use your information to assess and treat you, communicate with you about appointments, bill you or your insurer when you ask us to, and meet our legal and professional obligations.

Online booking

Appointments are booked through Jane, a secure Canadian practice management platform. Information you enter when booking is handled under Jane’s privacy and security practices.

Sharing

We share information only with your consent, or where permitted or required by law, for example with your insurer for direct billing.
